Alangulam Cement Worksஆலங்குளம் சிமெண்ட் ஆலை
The plant was installed by TIDCO at Alangulam in Virudhunagar District with an annual production capacity of 4 lakh tons through wet process technology. It is the first Cement Plant in India started under the public sector and it commenced its production in 1970. When TANCEM was established in 1976, it took over the Alangulam Cement Plant from TIDCO. The plant is in the southern part of Tamil Nadu and mainly manufactures PPC under ARASU brand. The plant is primarily supplying cement to Government departments. The plant has a wide network of stockists for open market sale and is selling cement in the southern districts of both Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
இந்த ஆலை விருதுநகர் மாவட்டம் ஆலங்குளத்தில் டிட்கோவால் நிறுவப்பட்டது. இது ஒரு வருடத்துக்கு 4 லட்சம் டன் உற்பத்தி திறன் கொண்ட ஈர செயல்முறை தொழில்நுட்பம் மூலம் இயங்குவது. இந்தியாவில் பொதுத்துறையின் கீழ் தொடங்கப்பட்ட முதல் சிமெண்ட் ஆலை இது. 1970-ம் ஆண்டு அதன் உற்பத்தியைத் தொடங்கியது. 1976-ம் ஆண்டு டான்செம் நிறுவப்பட்டபோது டிட்கோவிடம் இருந்து ஆலங்குளம் சிமெண்ட் ஆலையை எடுத்துக்கொண்டது. தமிழ்நாட்டின் தெற்குப் பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள இந்த ஆலை, முக்கியமாக அரசு பிபிசியை உற்பத்தி செய்கிறது. மேலும், இந்த ஆலை முதல்நிலையாக அரசு துறைகளுக்கு சிமெண்ட் விநியோகம் செய்கிறது. இந்த ஆலை திறந்த சந்தை விற்பனைக்கான ஸ்டாக்கிஸ்ட்களின் பரந்த வலையமைப்பைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இந்த ஆலை தமிழ்நாடு மற்றும் கேரளாவின் தென் மாவட்டங்களில் சிமெண்ட் விற்பனையை செய்கிறது.

0.5 MTPA plant:
The second Cement Plant of TANCEM commenced its operation in 1979. It is a 5 lakh ton per annum plant and adopts dry process technology. It manufactures OPC 43 Grade & PPC under ARASU brand.

1.0 MTPA plant:
The third cement plant of TANCEM commenced its operation in 2019. It is a most modern 1 million ton per annum plant of state-of-the-art technology and installed with advanced equipment such as pre calciner, crossbar cooler, VRM for raw grinding as well as coal grinding. It has a modern laboratory to ensure consistent quality of cement. It manufactures OPC 43 Grade & PPC under ARASU and VALIMAI brands.
The Ariyalur Cement Works is primarily supplying cement to Government departments. It has a wide network of stockists for open market sales and is selling cement in the central and northern districts of Tamil Nadu and Northern districts of Kerala.
1.0 MTPA ஆலை:
இது டான்செம்மின் மூன்றாவது சிமெண்ட் ஆலை. 2019-ம் ஆண்டு இதன் உற்பத்தியை தொடங்கியது. இது ஒரு மிக புதுமையான தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் அதி நவீனமான 1 மில்லியன் டன் ஆலை ஆகும். இது உயர்தரமான உபகரணங்களான ப்ரீ கால்சினர்,கிராஸ்பார் குளிரூட்டி, மூலப்பொருள் மற்றும் நிலக்கரி அரைக்கும் வெர்டிகல் ரோலர் மில் போன்றவற்றுடன் நிறுவப்பட்டது. நிலையான சிமெண்டின் தரத்தை உறுதி செய்ய நவீன ஆய்வகம் உள்ளது. இது அரசு மற்றும் வலிமை என்ற பெயர்களில் OPC 43 கிரேடு மற்றும் PPC உற்பத்தி செய்கிறது.
அரியலூர் சிமெண்ட் ஒர்க்ஸ் முதல்நிலையாக அரசு துறைகளுக்கு சிமெண்ட் விநியோகம் செய்கிறது. அதோடு, இந்த ஆலை திறந்த சந்தை விற்பனைக்கான ஸ்டாக்கிஸ்ட்களின் பரந்த வலையமைப்பைக் கொண்டுள்ளதால், தமிழ்நாட்டின் மத்திய மற்றும் வடக்கு மாவட்டங்கள் மற்றும் கேரளாவின் வடக்கு மாவட்டங்களில் சிமெண்ட் விற்பனை செய்துவருகிறது.
